I'm fascinated by what we're learning about the ways our environments, experiences, stress responses, beliefs, and relationships can influence the biological landscape and patterns we inherit and pass forward... and the power we have to change it.Because the more I learned, the more I started seeing something I'd already experienced in my own life:Our stories don't begin with us.There are threads woven into us long before we're old enough to know they're there — ancestral patterns, beliefs, nervous-system responses, adaptations, and ways of relating that can feel so deeply ours that we never think to question where they came from.My own journey through those patterns eventually became the foundation of my work.My background spans developmental psychology, ethical philosophy, world religions, spiritual practice, trauma-informed work, nervous-system science, epigenetics, and Belief Re-Patterning®. Over the years, those pieces stopped feeling like separate disciplines. I began seeing the threads between them — and the way one pattern can sit at the intersection of many others.That is where my work lives now.I help women illuminate the patterns beneath the patterns, bring what has been unconscious into conscious awareness, and discover the places where they have more choice than they thought they did.Because healing isn't about fixing what's wrong with you.It's about finally seeing what you've been carrying.And realizing you don't have to carry it forward.The Pattern is the Portal.
